Emma Fox, BID
From a young age, I was acutely aware of how my surroundings profoundly influenced my mood and wellbeing. This fascination led me to pursue a Bachelor of Interior Design, where I spent 4 years in a highly technical program that focused on research, accessible and sustainable design practices, building code, and user-centric design. I graduated with honours from Vancouver Island University, a CIDA-accredited program.
As a virtual designer, Iām passionate about blending form and function, working with the architecture of your home or space, and preserving character whenever possible. I believe in creating designs that stand the test of time and especially love getting creative with small spaces, maximizing storage, and problem solving. I also feel strongly about preserving materials and products where we can to minimize waste and environmental damage.
